Customs and import taxes-Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping- I guarantee that all items leave my hands with maximum quality. However, once it is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS I am not responsible for how long it takes to arrive or if it is damaged/lost during shipping. I ship all of my items with a tracking number that you will be provided with as soon as it ships. If an item arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact me as soon as you are aware of it and we will work with USPS to get it fixed for you!
