SHS is closing its doors at the end of 2020. The last day for all frame orders is 10/31 and the last day for all other items is 12/15. Please see our Facebook page for full details regarding our closing. Processing times for frames may be significantly extended due to the large influx of orders we have received since announcing our closure. Please consider if you are able/willing to wait for your frame to arrive when placing your order. Thank you so much for all of your support over the years!

Policies:
Processing time- The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes-Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping- I guarantee that all items leave my hands with maximum quality. However, once it is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS I am not responsible for how long it takes to arrive or if it is damaged/lost during shipping. I ship all of my items with a tracking number that you will be provided with as soon as it ships. If an item arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact me as soon as you are aware of it and we will work with USPS to get it fixed for you!

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the custom nature of many of our products. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
